Is the event autism friendly?

Accepted Answer

We will do our best to make it so: There is a quiet room. People are welcome fidget, stim, craft, or move about during the seminar as they need to (although we do ask people to be quiet during the actual seminar). Lights can be dimmed. Feel free to email us with additional questions or requests.

Is it wheelchair accessible

Accepted Answer

Yes - the main entrance is down a brick slope, the rest of the building is all on one level, with a gender neutral accessible toilet. There is a short ramp from the main building to the patio. You will find more information in the link from the information on the main page.

Question 3

Can children come?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a ticket price of £6 for children under 10. Children under 2 are free. Some children may find the seminar interesting and useful. There is a play area in the grounds (exclusively for the venue), but parents/guardians are responsible for the children they bring at all times.

Question 4

What is the standard refund policy

Accepted Answer

We will refund tickets cancelled more than 7 days before the event. Note that the eventbrite fees are non refundable - and are approximately £2 per ticket (included in the main ticket price).

Question 5

What is the refund policy for COVID?

Accepted Answer

For ticket holders who can't attend due to illness: We will record the event and the recording will be made available to all ticket holders for one month after the event. If ticket holders have any questions after watching the recording, they can email them to Hannah.
