Hello! Is anybody there?
How is your communicating with your fellow networkers and visitors (our potential future members)?
Do they hear you? Do you hear them? This is a talkshop (because we’ll be talking), not about communication, but about ‘Communicating’ your business to your fellow BNI members and potential visitors/members. We will look at how the quality of that communicating actually affects your business performance overall and the performance of your referral generation within this chapter. The session is aimed at our fellow BNI Sterling Business Networking group or anyone wanting to benefit from a business networking setting, such as subs from other BNI’s and visitors.
It is about transforming the models and mindsets that are inherent in the relationships in your business; between you and your fellow networkers and trade partners. We have created a space for an enquiry and an understanding of the issues and limitations of the models and mindsets we use for communicating, both internally to ourselves and externally to others. And the impact of those limitations in getting your message heard beyond your network.
We will show you a new model and mindset for communicating and effective ways of using different communication channels to make your communication happen the way you want it to. We will use audio and video as a way of allowing you to see how you look and sound when you are communicating in certain moods and mindsets.
We will help you to create other more natural and authentic communications, from identifying and reorganising your week beliefs and instincts, which unconsciously inhibits your communicating and then goes onto inhibit your communication. We will help you to create a new model of communication from a new mindset.
This new model of communication and mindset will make a profound difference to the confidence and self-esteem of you and how you run your organisation, and will empower you to be in the business in producing better results. You will generate the best possible results for your business from your networking circle.
We will also help you to create the technical infra-structure personalised to your networking group to make your communicating communicate by the end of the workshop
