Throughout the workshop we provide staff with simple tools and techniques to help them interact and communicate with patients when all is well and when all is not well, providing both themselves and their service users with a great patient experience.
What you will take away:
A greater understanding of how you communicate – what works and doesn’t work.
Tools and techniques to make you a more effective and confident communicator.
Tips on how to handle a difficult patient or situation.
