At our School of Media and Communication offer holder event you will have an opportunity to meet academic staff and current students, experience a course taster session, and take a tour of the School's facilities. After visiting the School, there will also be an opportunity to take a self guided tour of the University's campus.
The event will start with a course taster and Q&A session. Next, you will be able to meet our academic staff and students in our drop in session and ask any questions that you have about the course, as well as tour the facilities.
How to book
The Communication and Media BA offer holder events will take place on the following dates:
- Wednesday 27th April
- Wednesday 4th May
To book please choose an allotted time slot on the date you plan to visit. We have a limited number of spaces available, so to ensure that as many of our offer holders have an opportunity to visit the facilities we ask that you book one slot, on one date only.
Due to capacities within our schools, the school based drop in sessions, course taster sessions and tours will be for offer holders only, as we want to accommodate as many of our offer holders as possible. Your guests can use this time to explore our campus and the exceptional facilities our campus offers, however unfortunately will not be able to attend these events.
Please make sure to let your guests know of these restrictions before attending the event, as we know many of you may be travelling long distances, and want your party to be as informed as possible before making the decision to travel.
Parking facilities
If you plan to park on the University campus the cost will be £7. You will be required to enter a code to to access this discounted rate and this will be sent to you before the event. You can also find alternative parking options on our visitor parking pages.
