We are running small group face-to-face training sessions on Communication Skills at End of Life Care, suitable for health and social care staff.

The training includes:

  • Understand the importance of good communication in End of Life Care
  • Understand how to reduce barriers to effective communication
  • Identify your own communication skills strengths and weaknesses
  • Understand the emotional impact on people and their families who are living with a life-limiting illness and how that influences communication
  • Explore strategies to support effective communication skills in End of Life Care

This training session counts as 2 hours towards your continuous professional development and a certificate will be issued on completion.
