We are running small group face-to-face training sessions on Communication Skills at End of Life Care, suitable for health and social care staff.

The training includes:

Understand the importance of good communication in End of Life Care
Understand how to reduce barriers to effective communication
Identify your own communication skills strengths and weaknesses
Understand the emotional impact on people and their families who are living with a life-limiting illness and how that influences communication
Explore strategies to support effective communication skills in End of Life Care

This training session counts as 2 hours towards your continuous professional development and a certificate will be issued on completion.
