Description
This event aims to bring together a range of mental health and wellbeing providers to share and celebrate their models of work and hopefully, create lasting links and relationships that may be beneficial in terms of referrals & signposting, collaborations or joint working in the future.
This event is delivered by the Communitas Wellbeing Partnership, a National Lottery and Birmingham City Council funded multi-faith project based in Birmingham.

About Communitas:
The Communitas Wellbeing Partnership is a National Lottery and Birmingham City Council funded multi-faith project in Birmingham. The partnership brings together groups from different faiths and cultures to help improve wellbeing and tackle isolation amongst people aged 55+ in their communities.
The partnership is run by Birinus (part of the Archdiocese of Birmingham) and delivered by a cross-cultural and faith consortium consisting of: Birmingham Irish Association in Digbeth; Muslim Education Consultative Committee (MECC) in Balsall Heath; English Martyrs Roman Catholic Church in Sparkbrook and Ward End Asian Elders Association (WEAE).
