Description

Planning works best when it works with local communities. The use of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 contributions can assist to mitigate community and infrastructure impacts of new developments.

By looking at the current regulations and techniques and the opportunities presented by both CIL and Section 106 contributions, this event will aim to unveil the mysteries of these processes and identify how appropriate use of them can add value to planning for both local communities and developers.

This event will:

Explain what CIL and Section 106 contributions and how these are implemented.

Identify how CIL is progressing across Wales

Describe how developers approach development finance and viability and allow local communities and representatives to understand the financial demands of development

Explore the value that the processes can bring to the planning system and local communities in Wales.

Mae cynllunio yn gweithio orau pan fo’n gweithio gyda chymunedau lleol. Gall defnyddio’r Ardoll Seilwaith Cymunedol (ASC) a chyfraniadau Adran 106 gynorthwyo i leihau effeithiau datblygiadau newydd ar gymunedau a seilwaith.

Trwy edrych ar y rheoliadau a’r technegau cyfredol a’r cyfleoedd a gynigir gan ASC a chyfraniadau Adran 106, bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn anelu at ddadorchuddio dirgelion y prosesau hyn a nodi sut gall defnydd priodol ohonynt ychwanegu gwerth at gynllunio ar gyfer cymunedau lleol a datblygwyr.

Bydd y digwyddiad yn:

Esbonio’r hyn yw ASC a chyfraniadau Adran 106 a sut y gweithredir y rhain.

Nodi sut mae ASC yn datblygu ar draws Cymru.

Disgrifio sut mae datblygwyr yn ymdrin â chyllid ac ymarferoldeb datblygu a galluogi cymunedau lleol a chynrychiolwyr i ddeall gofynion ariannol dablygu.

Archwilio’r gwerth y gall y prosesau roi i’r system gynllunio a chymunedau lleol yng Nghymru.

Awdurdodau Cynllunio Lleol, Swyddogion a Chynghorwyr sy’n chwilio am ganllawiau ar sut gall ASC a chyfraniadau Adran 106 chwarae rôl mewn cynllunio cadarnhaol.
