Community Calm: Mindfulness Sessions at The Old Library
Join us on Tuesday mornings at 10am for Community Calm — gentle, guided mindfulness sessions for adults in our community.
Each week we’ll explore simple practices such as breathing, body scans, gratitude reflections, and loving-kindness meditations. No mats, no special kit — just come as you are.
These sessions are:
✨ Relaxing and calming
✨ Friendly and beginner-friendly — no experience needed
✨ A chance to recharge and reconnect with yourself and others
Afterwards, why not enjoy a hot drink or snack at the café and continue the conversation? It’s a lovely way to build community with like-minded people.
When: Tuesdays, 10–10:45am
Where: The Old Library
Cost: Voluntary donation (pay what you can on the day)
