Join me for a transformative journey of self-discovery and change with my monthly Breathwork and Embodiment Class, held on the 2nd Saturday every month at 46 Quebec Street, Hanover from 11 - 1pm

I will guide you in practises that will help you to meet and release built-up tensions and emotional blockages, whether they stem from the stresses and strains of everyday life or from long-held memories, patterns and behaviours that affect your overall sense of well-being.

Expect playful and effective embodiment practises to ground and regulate.

Explore universal themes through a little self-inquiry and journalling

Prepare for a powerful and transformative practise of Conscious Connected Breathing.

You will be guided to meet the wisdom of your body as your breath leads you into your deeper mind

Emotional release, physical unwinding, reframing of old stories and memories, expanded states of awareness are all common themes during a CCB and embodiment class.

Each person's experience will be as unique as they are

Prepare to feel a shift in the narrative of your life

You will have complete agency over your process. I facilitate with care. No pushing or forcing for 'results' or releases. Often the gentler approach can make space to open into the deepest parts of ourselves where healing and transformation can happen

I look forward to welcoming you to a small and intimate class (max 4 participants)

I am a trauma informed, certified and insured Conscious Connected Breathwork and Embodiment facilitator
