GENTLE YOGA FLOW
- 6.15-7pm, Wednesday 18 November
- 6.15-7pm, Wednesday 2 December
- 6.15-7pm, Wednesday 16 December
Chill out and de-stress in this slower-paced yoga practice that combines grounding introduction, playful sequences and a closing relaxation. You will need for the class, the following: Yourselves (dressed in comfy clothes), a yoga mat and maybe a block (or use a couple of hardback books).
These virtual classes will be delivered via Zoom. Link to the session will be sent one hour before it starts.
RELAX CLUB

- 6.15-7pm, Thursday 10 December
This is without a doubt, a time of uncertainty. We meet new norms, long periods of isolation, the loss of loved ones, the loss of jobs, grief over canceled milestones, financial insecurity and daily stress that all have an effect on our wellbeing.
These interactive sessions aim to help everyone find resilience, balance and calm.

Donations are very appreciated but not mandatory (e.g. £3-£6 for anyone who needs relaxation but is currently financially stressed ; or £7-£10, please self-assess).
If you have to early cancel, please remove yourself from the registry to make room for others because space is limited. Please also make sure you are registered for the correct session and time.
