About the Facilitator

Michelle is a communication, personal brand & confidence coach, and founder of Career Invest, a career empowerment company.

With over 14 years of corporate work experience in the UK, USA, and Nigeria, Michelle is passionate about visibility and helping ambitious professionals & Entrepreneurs move from obscurity to visibility through intentional personal branding, confidence, and career growth strategies.

Since starting Career Invest in 2020, Michelle has directly taught, advised, and mentored over 300 early to mid-stage professionals and entrepreneurs through a range of high impact workshops, programs and coaching in partnership with Jolt/DWP Kickstart scheme, Jolt Israel, The Women’s Organisation, U-Hubs. She has worked with various universities on enterprise and employability training delivery including DeGroote University Business School, University of Surrey, Anglia Ruskin University, University of Brighton, Liverpool.
