Community Conversations Training

Because good conversations build strong communities and workplaces

This is a free, OCN Level 2 accredited evening course, delivered with Mediation NI, designed for people who support others in their workplace or community roles.

The course is practical and supportive, and focuses on building confidence in communication, listening and collaboration, skills that are valuable at work and in everyday community life.

This course runs over 6 sessions and will be delivered using a blended format, with a mix of in-person and online sessions. The sessions on Wednesday 4 February and Wednesday 18 March will take place in person at the Garvagh High School site. All other sessions will be delivered online. Participants who would like to complete the course will receive an OCN Level 2 certificate.
