10:15 - 10:30: Informal networking
10:30 - 11:25: Coworking session 1
11:25 - 11:35: Break
11:35 - 12:30: Coworking session 2

The first 15 minutes is informal networking. Then there is a structure to us getting down to work! Some people drop in and out of conversation, although it is generally focused on two productive sessions and a break in between.
Be intentional with what you bring and want to get done, although be realistic with the time! If you normally work on two screens, what can you do on one screen only, i.e any admin, email, creating etc.
Yes, if you take calls or need to hop on zoom, you can usually find a quiet corner or pop your headphones in. We're all focused on our own work so we don't listen!
It's less about hiring a desk and more about connecting a community together who work from home in this rural area.
