About this event
What if your next game-changing connection is just a drink away?
Join us for Community Drinks to wind down around a glass, make new connections, and get inspired by the spotlights of the evening. Hosted at The Hague Humanity Hub, this is your chance to step away from the busy day and enjoy after-hours with purposeful conversations.
What can you expect?
On Monday, 28 October, between 17:00 and 19:00, come by the Hub for a drink (or two) and meet professionals working on security.
Did you know The Hague is one of the world’s leading hubs for cybersecurity? Beyond that, it’s also home to institutions working on human, food, information, and psychological security. This gathering is an opportunity to connect with your neighbors, share insights, and explore how we can all contribute to building a more supportive and resilient community.
At a time when security is often misused or misunderstood, we’ll spotlight approaches that create safety without exclusion or harm. Together, we’ll reflect on what security really means, how it is enforced, and how we can ensure one group’s safety doesn’t come at the cost of another’s.
Who is it for?
If you are working in any capacity toward a more peaceful, just, and secure world, this event is for you. Whatever your role or sector, join the Community Drinks to relax, exchange perspectives, and connect with this vibrant community committed to making the world fairer, one conversation at a time.
Who are the spotlight speakers?
