Community Engagement Evening / Capacity Building

These workshops are for Clubs, Volunteers, Coaches, and Officials.

The first of these workshops will be held at Belfast Activity Centre on Thursday 1st March from 7.00 – 9.30pm.

Community Engagement

The workshop aims to develop an understanding on the process of how to engage with your community, community based projects, the benefits of community engagement and how this will raise the profile of your club and paddlesport.

The second workshop will be held at Belfast Boat Club on Tuesday 20th March from 7.00 – 9.30pm.

Club Capacity Building

This workshop aims to better prepare you and your club for capacity and how to manage this more efficiently. It will also support your knowledge of club structures and operating procedures.
Which will be huge benefits to you and your club, both socially and professionally.
