Community Gardening at Newington Green, Islington

For the last two years at our community gardening sessions we've been creating woodland paths, wild life areas, ferneries, and generally bringing beauty and wildlife to the green. At the same time we've been having fun, going on trips, doing wild life surveys and generally enjoying ourselves.

There is always lots to do, but if you fancy just hanging out and enjoying the space and (hopeefully) autumn sun, you're welcome too.

No experience is needed, and we provide tools, gloves, guidance and refreshments.

Everyone is welcome, under 16's should be with a responsible adult.

We meet on Newington Green, literally the park on the small round about, by the small park keepers hut. You'll see our signs and us out and about.
