There is always cake and hot drinks can be purchased from the Vine Road Community Café in the Pavilion. Prefer to pop in when things are a little quieter? Then the weekdays are for you. For details, including polytunnel access, please contact us on communitygrowing@barnescommon.org.uk. Please acknowledge our policies on our website before attending.

Organised by

Working in partnership with Richmond Council, Barnes Common Limited (BCL) a local independent charity oversees the stewardship of Barnes Common, the Leg o' Mutton Local Nature Reserve and Vine Road Recreation Ground (affectionately known as Vine Road Park).

Conservation has always been at the heart of all that we do and continues to be today. Whether we are preserving precious woodlands, creating important wildlife habitats, sowing seeds in our Community Growing area, introducing the community to the bats at Leg o' Mutton or engaging the community in our Lifelong Learning program, the Vine Road Project and Flood Resilience.
