🌿 Join us for a Community Herb Walk with Hackney Herbal! 🌿
Herb walks are a beautiful way to slow down, reconnect with nature, and support both mental and physical wellbeing. Together, we will explore Mabley Green and discover the abundance of edible and medicinal plants that thrive in this urban landscape.
Along the way, you will:
🌿Learn how to identify a variety of wild plants
🌿 Explore their uses in food, medicine, and wellbeing
🌿Understand their role in supporting urban biodiversity
🌿Connect to the history and stories behind them
We will begin the session with a grounding meditation to help you arrive fully in the moment. Meeting point details will be shared with participants in advance.
On the Day
- Please dress appropriately for being outdoors and on your feet in a park environment. Bring whatever you need to feel comfortable (e.g. sun cream, hat, layers, waterproofs). Walking boots or comfortable trainers are recommended.
- Bring your own water bottle, as we’ll be outside for the duration of the walk.
- A first aid kit will be on hand, and our team is First Aid trained.
- Please let us know in advance of any accessibility needs or allergies. We’ll also check in with participants on the day.
