The workshop provides you with a toolkit to work through at your own pace to get all the governance, financial, policies and pratical adminstration building blocks in place. Its a day long course where we focus on the toolkit in the morning, how to use it and the steps you need to take as your community business comes to life. The afternoon will be used to talk about and ask questions particular to your business, common problems and issues
