Event description

Description

In alignment with Corporate Citizenship’s Ten Actions for Business in 2019 and based on the topic ‘Taking a Political Stance’, this year’s LBG event aims to understand and discuss how impact community investment initiatives increasingly require an element of political advocacy.

Members joining us for this discussion include Freshfields, Rolls Royce & Siemens, with discussion facilitated by Matt Sparkes, Chair of LBG and Head of Corporate Responsibility at Linklaters.

We aim to direct discussion around:

  • How a company’s political stance can shape their community investment initiatives?
  • Challenges facing companies who take a stance on policy issues, both internally and externally?
  • Ensuring authenticity?
  • Opportunity areas for your company in this space?
  • How best to connect with your key stakeholders?
