Join us for an inspiring Social Leaders Cymru event. This is more than networking – it’s about building your leadership capacity and shaping the future of social change.

The event is open to leaders from voluntary, community, social enterprise, public and private sectors who want to work together. Whether you are new to leadership or an experienced leader, this event is for you. Leaders working outside Swansea are also very welcome.

What to expect

• Inspiration & Insight: Learn from experienced social purpose leaders and their journeys of driving positive change
• Collaborative design: Work with peers to co-create future network sessions and leadership learning opportunities

· Learning pathways: Find out about current leadership learning opportunities

• Community connection: Engage with Social Leaders Cymru alumni and expand your network

This event is part of the Social Leaders Cymru programme funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. Social Leaders Cymru is a partnership programme delivered by Cwmpas, WCVA and Clore Social Leadership. The programme has supported place-based leadership cohorts in Wrexham, Newport, Swansea, and online through our Emerging and Experienced Leaders streams.

Ymunwch â ni am ddigwyddiad ysbrydoledig gan Arweinwyr Cymdeithasol Cymru. Nid rhwydweithio yn unig yw’r nod – ond hefyd feithrin eich gallu fel arweinydd a llunio dyfodol sy’n cynnwys newid cymdeithasol.

Mae’r digwyddiad yn agored i arweinwyr o’r sectorau gwirfoddol, cymunedol, cyhoeddus a phreifat, ynghyd â mentrau cymdeithasol, sydd eisiau gweithio gyda’i gilydd. P’un a ydych chi’n arweinydd newydd neu brofiadol, dyma’r digwyddiad i chi. Mae croeso cynnes hefyd i arweinwyr sy’n gweithio y tu hwnt i Abertawe.

Beth i’w ddisgwyl?

• Ysbrydoliaeth a Mewnwelediad: Dewch i glywed arweinwyr cymdeithasol profiadol yn sôn am eu teithiau o ysgogi newid cadarnhaol
• Cynllunio ar y cyd: Dewch i weithio gyda chyfoedion i gyd-greu sesiynau rhwydweithio a chyfleoedd dysgu yn y dyfodol

· Llwybrau dysgu: Dysgwch am gyfleoedd dysgu cyfredol

• Meithrin cysylltiadau: Ymgysylltwch â rhai sydd wedi elwa o raglen Arweinwyr Cymdeithasol Cymru yn y gorffennol ac ehangwch eich rhwydwaith

Mae’r digwyddiad hwn yn rhan o raglen Arweinwyr Cymdeithasol Cymru a ariennir gan Gronfa Gymunedol y Loteri Genedlaethol. Rhaglen bartneriaeth yw Arweinwyr Cymdeithasol Cymru a ddarperir gan Cwmpas, CGGC a Clore Social Leadership. Mae’r rhaglen wedi cefnogi carfannau o arweinwyr lleol yn Wrecsam, Casnewydd, Abertawe, ac ar-lein trwy ein ffrydiau Arweinwyr Newydd a Phrofiadol.
