Community Led Support in Orkney now moves to the next stage!
The Customer Pathway & Process Mapping Workshop is a hands-on session that will look at how people currently contact social services, how services initially respond, the assessment process, the subsequent care-planning process, and how all of this is recorded.
We will then move on to address how we might do this differently, utilising strengths-based conversations and local hubs, with a strong problem solving / solutions approach - rather than demand management.
This is the first of two workshops that really start to look at practical solutions for building Community Led Support in an Orkney context - we look forward to seeing you there!
