About this event

Cambridge Map Maker Alert! 🗺️ This is workshop 3 in our series of 4 events.

Workshop 3 details:

Join us for a creative and collaborative community map-making workshop, open to anyone curious about exploring Cambridge through fresh eyes. Lindsay Rae from 'Find your Wild' and Ruth Sapsed from Cambridge Curiosity and Imagination and Fullscope will share inspiring examples from their projects showing how maps can become powerful tools for imagination, storytelling, and connection.

Participants will then have the chance to create their own maps—whether starting from scratch or building on something they've brought along—and contribute to a collective "What Matters to Us in Cambridge" map. This shared map will celebrate memories, dreams, people, and the tiny, often unseen details that make our city special.

Everyone will be invited to introduce themselves by sharing their name and a place in Cambridge that holds personal meaning. Whether you're an artist, a walker, a thinker, or simply someone who loves this city, we hope you'll find inspiration and connection in this immersive and reflective workshop.
