On behalf of the Scottish Government, tsiMORAY, will be opening Year 5 (and 6) of the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund for the Moray area.
We have a sum of £248,264.48 per year for 2 years available to support grass roots community groups in tackling mental health inequalities and address priority issues of social isolation and loneliness, suicide prevention and tackling poverty and inequality.
The funding available is being split into 2 strands, made up of smaller grants up to £2000 (for up to 1 year only), and larger grants up to £10,000 for individual organisations or up to £15,000 for partnerships (per year for up to 2 years) to ensure that as many organisations/groups as possible can benefit and have a positive impact in their local communities.
The Fund continues to be delivered through a locally focused and co-ordinated approach via local partnership groups with TSI’s (Third Sector Interfaces) as lead partner.
