Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group invites you to attend a virtual engagement event to improve Adult and Older Adult Community Mental Health Services in the area.

Improving the lives of people affected by mental illness is a local priority. The introduction of the national Community Mental Health Framework offers us an important opportunity to review and transform our mental health services.

Our ambition is to provide joined-up and personalised community mental health care – bringing together primary care, community services, mental health, social care and VCSEs. It is our intent to develop our approach with partners across our system – and crucially, with people who have lived experience.

The event will build on our system level strategies that we have been developing together over recent years and form part of the discovery phase of this programme.

This engagement session will offer partners an early opportunity to co-design our local plans, and will take place on Monday 7th December 2020 between 1:00-4:00pm.
