IN-PERSON at STAR, Siblings Reunited
We'll gather in the wonderful environment of Siblings Reunited, STAR, joining the swallows, to share, learn and contribute to activity nationwide to keep the promise to sisters, brothers and all those with sibling-like relationships of loving connection.
Our overarching theme for the day is Voice and Participation.
There'll be updates from a different projects across the country. And we'll be exploring how we support children and young people in their holding of important moments. memories and aspects of their sibling and sibling-like relationships, whether they live together or apart.
There'll be homemade vegan soup for lunch, and cakes, etc, of course. Please bring your own grub if you have any additional specific dietary requirements.
We'll be gathering from 10am for a 10:30 start, and finishing at 3:30pm.
Our Community space is welcoming to all and we especially value the contributions of care experienced young people and adults to the discussions.

GETTING TO STAR -
STAR is at East Flisk Farm, Fife, KY14 6HP, set in a rural location about 20 minutes’ drive from Ladybank and Dundee. See the map HERE.

There will be limited car-parking available for visitors on the day. Please do your very best to lift-share if coming by car.
There is no direct bus service. The closest train stations are Ladybank or Cupar, and there are a number of convenient trains from the central belt and Aberdeen.
We are planning to book the Flexi Bus to facilitate travel via public transport, both Glasgow and Edinburgh trains to Cupar will be accommodated ( train arriving at 1002; train departing at 16:03 ).
