Meet from 6:30pm in Tilberthwaite Ghyll car park
The parking area is accessed via a single-track road that leads from the A593 between Ambleside and Coniston. The track is signposted from the A593 for Tilberthwaite and the car park is on the left hand side.

Distance: 4-6 miles Routes will be EMAILED OUT in the lead up to the meet (PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR JUNK FOLDER) but will be predominantly off road. Any questions or concerns please get in touch.
All Levels Welcome. Regular stops will be made to allow runners to regroup.
Head torch, Trail shoes and waterproofs required.
