Community Sound Bath w/ Gongs @ Loom Club

Yoga for Everybody is a community interest group, founded by lululemon legacy ambassador David Tran. Their mission is to make yoga & wellness more accessible, welcoming and fun for everyone.

We are excited to launch Community Sound Baths w/ Gongs at Loom Club in April 2025!

Suggested donation £15 - £25. Pay what you want / can. No questions. No judgement. Just good vibes.

Classes with too few bookings will be canceled at least 12-hours prior to class. Please check your e-mail in case of cancellations.

Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available, but feel free to bring your own props for comfort.

What is a Sound Bath?

They are immersive sound experiences, where sound waves wash over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. Sound makes meditation more accessible for those who find sitting in silence either boring or difficult, as the harmonics effortlessly take your mind into a meditative state. By the end, you'll feel supremely relaxed, calm and happy. Never tried one before? You'll be surprised with how the sounds will entrain your brainwaves and transport you into a state of bliss. Think of it like a massage for your mind.

About David Tran

A former 9-to-5 management consultant with an MBA from London Business School, David considers himself a 24/7 yogi – being a force for positive change in people's lives and the world.

Born and raised in California, David has lived, worked and studied in New York, Seoul, Sydney and calls London home for over 15 years. His family heritage comes from hard-working immigrants, leading him to apply a high level of dedication and care to his service of others.

In addition to being a Sound Artist, David is also a Yoga Teacher and Breathwork Facilitator, leading sessions for corporates and at large-scale events such as The Lost Village and Wilderness festivals.

He can be found teaching classes in East London's premier studios, including BLOK, Gymbox, and Sauna & Plunge.
