What is EFT Tapping?

EFT Tapping is a simple, effective stress reduction technique that involves tapping gently on accupressure points on the face and upper body. It is a mind-body technique that is clinically shown to reduce stress enabling us to easily process complex emotions, memories and experiences.

EFT Tapping can be used for a wide range of issues, clearing things from the past and present by taking the ‘emotional charge’ out of them allowing you to move forward in your life with confidence, freedom and peace of mind.

You don't need to be familiar with the technique, you will learn how to do it during the session. You can come to a session with a specific issue in mind that you'd like to work on, or simply to learn how you can use it to help you manage day-to-day stresses.

Here are some examples of issues Tapping can be used for:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Procrastination and productivity
  • Enhancing creativity (e.g., overcoming writer’s block)
  • Professional development (e.g. public speaking, impostor syndrome)
  • Coping with life transitions (e.g., new jobs, parenthood, grief/loss)
  • Blocks around money/finances
  • Health and wellbeing goalsBreaking unhelpful habits (e.g. food cravings)
  • Chronic pain
