Hello I’m Ed, an accredited coach and mind-body practitioner who is passionate about helping people find their own solution to chronic pain.

I use a mind-body approach focused around TMS (The Mindbody Syndrome) which explores the psychological roots of chronic pain and how training the mind can lead to chronic pain recovery. This was the approach that worked for me after 6 years of chronic pain and there is growing evidence of its effectiveness within the scientific and medical communities. I would like to make it clear that the pain you experience is 100% real regardless of what is causing it.

My practice offers a warm, non-judgemental space to explore the ideas and practices of TMS and how these could relate to your experience. Prior to the session, you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire about your experiences with chronic pain.

You don’t need experience or knowledge of TMS to benefit from this stand alone 50-minute chronic pain coaching session. Our initial session specifically is designed to help you learn:

1) Whether you and your chronic symptoms are a good fit for mindbody treatment designed for chronic pain recovery

2) One simple mind-body tool that you can apply to start feeling calm and relaxed, rather than tense and anxious, about what your body might do next.

If you decide my programme is right for you, follow-up sessions will be tailored to your wants, needs, and experiences.

Chronic pain recovery is a gradual process, however these sessions offer a valuable space to begin learning about and experiencing a method that has worked well for myself and many others with chronic pain.
