Hello, my name is Clunie, and I am offering relaxing and restorative sessions of guided mindfulness meditation and Indian head & shoulder massage.
These monthly sessions at The Salisbury Centre are open to all, payment by donation.

This combination of massage to release tension in the head and shoulders followed
by a guided meditation, means that a unique treatment can be created to address whatever you bring to the session.
Alternatively, you may choose to spend your entire appointment with either massage or mindfulness meditation on their own.
Whichever therapy feels best suited to your session, the treatment ( fully clothed)will be held in the private space of the Wellspring or Garden rooms of the Salisbury centre.
I will hold a compassionate and gentle space to allow time for you to truly rest in the present moment, celebrating the power and wonder of your body and its ability to heal.
These treatments are very helpful for conditions of anxiety, low mood, stress, muscle tension, low immune system, headaches, eye strain, lymphatic toxicity and/or low energy. Combined with mindfulness meditation, they can give a renewed sense of self-worth and direction.
Appointments are 30 or 45 minutes.
I have trained in Shiatsu, Indian head massage, bodywork and Mindfulness teaching.
My extensive mindfulness teacher training with the Mindfulness Association is trauma informed.
I lead regular mindfulness courses and workshops for groups of both adults and children, and here at the Salisbury centre I am specifically offering one-to-one appointments. Fully insured and BAMBA registered, with 25+ years of experience, I bring calm
support and joy to these sessions.
