We will meet several times leading up to CB2019 to share ideas, and to help shape and plan the event. The needs of the multicultural community are central to the work of MCC but we can do more with your help!

We can already hear the beat of the drum, see the smiles on everyone’s faces, feel the buzz of excitement, smell the food …. taste the food .… oh, and did we mention the food?!!

Time to look at where we’re at in the planning stages and make decisions about what we need to do. We are so excited to get your involvement!

Thursday 17th & 23rd January - Leaflets!

Packing and distributing to schools, businesses and the community - let’s get it out there and share, share, share!

Thursday 30th January & 7th February - Setting up for the big event.

Organising volunteers’ jobs, signage and equipment; plan of action!

• What you love about Culture Bazaar
• What you would like to see happen in 2019
• If you’d like to offer your help (a little or a lot – all appreciated!)
• If you would like to share something about your culture – such as a display or information stand (we could help you with this!) a talk, traditional objects, language classes, photos, etc.
• Any special skills, performances, workshops, cooking, sporting, creativity, you would like to contribute
• About BAME (Black, Asian and Ethnic Minorities) people we might not know about across Cumbria – please introduce us!
