Are there any free places on this event?

Yes if you live in Garvald and Morham community or you receive or have received psychological therapy then GMCC have kindly funded free VIP places for you. If you are not part of these communities then you are still welcome to attend for a small donation to the community interest company. Thank you!

Do I need a high level of fitness to attend?

No, this is a slow paced short walk . However, the ground may be uneven under foot so please wear sensible footwear.
