Community Wellbeing Network
Overview
A New Community Wellbeing Network for Adur & Worthing!
We’re delighted to share that plans are underway to launch a new Community Wellbeing Network - a refreshed, community-led space for local VCSE organisations, public sector partners, and community groups to connect, share updates, and collaborate.
The previous network, coordinated by Community Works, was an invaluable way to stay informed and build relationships across the local health and wellbeing landscape. Since its closure, many have expressed how much they’ve missed that opportunity to come together.
Our charity, Sight Support Worthing, will now be hosting a new version of the network, co-produced with former Community Works facilitator Sue Brown, supported by Community Works, and shaped by input from local VCSE representatives.
This is the pilot event, and The Community Wellbeing Network is open to both members and non-members of Community Works, so please feel free to share this with your wider networks.
We’ll be sharing details via the Community Works health e-list, and will build a new mailing group for the network itself. If you’d like to be added to this group, please make a request by email to CWN@sswcharity.org.uk
We’re really looking forward to reconnecting and rebuilding this valued network together.
