Motivative Meditation is a graduate led meditation workshop, focused on how you can use meditation as a method of self-motivation.

Juggling uni work, while running a society (or two... or three) can be a challenging task, it requires passion, hard work and perseverance. However, to do all those things at a high level, without one negatively affecting the other, require great time management, but more than that, great self-awareness, prioritisation and leadership. In this session, we'll explore tools, methods and the emotional intelligence it takes, to manage a million projects.

Learn how to run hybrid events on campus. We'll teach you everything from the basics and then slowly introduce new ways to improve audio, video, and the presentation of your online/virtual events.

We'll teach you great quick hacks that you might not have thought about when streaming your events, to more advanced tools and equipment available to you to improve the experience online.

Building & Retaining Communities - Understanding our 6 Human Needs | Mon 22 Nov @ 6pm-7:30pm [VIRTUALLY ONLY]

There are invisible forces that shape our every thought, behaviour and action, these forces can be categorised into what’s called our ‘6 Human Needs’. Tony Robbins, who came up with this ideology, is probably the most world renowned personal develop speaker. The method focusses on our emotional needs drive all human behaviour. If you understand these, with the right methods, you can build a community that not only attracts new membership, but retains them.
