About this event

A fluid practice designed for all levels to build strength and mobility in the body, while improving your body awareness and mindfulness.

In this class, we will begin with a gentle warm up, practice sun salutations, followed by standing and seated postures, ending in a gentle meditation.

Mats and equipment provided, wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.
