Join us for an hour and fifteen minutes of gentle hatha and kundalini yoga at Housmans with instructor Lis Groenveld. Welcoming all abilities to join in a calm sequence of stretches and exercises to combat stress and hyperactivity, helping you to bring balance to your efforts and harness energy. Practiced regularly, yoga clears the mind while toning the whole body.
This is a pay-what-you-can community class. Our space is very small, making for a personal, intimate class. However, this does mean we fill up quickly, so if you can't make it we're grateful if you can let us know as far in advance as possible.
