Join us for an hour of gentle hatha and kundalini yoga at Stour Space led by experienced instructor Lis Groenveld. Welcoming all abilities to join in a calm sequence of stretches and exercises to combat stress and hyperactivity, bring balance to your efforts and harness energy. Practiced regularly, yoga clears the mind while toning the whole body.
This is a pay-what-you-can community class, you know best what you can afford. Our space is small, making for a personal, intimate class. Bringing your own yoga mat is optional. Any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
