What happens when two or more companies merge or are part of an acquisition? How much should they try and 'merge' cultures? If a company's culture is what leads it to be so successful and attractive, how much should a company's culture be left to develop without the influence of the acquiring company? These are the sorts of questions we'll be exploring with each other.
Deep-dives are more intimate events designed for us to learn from each other. We'll:

Get access: Meet others leading the develop of their company cultures.
Form a support network: Develop relationships that last beyond the evening.
