Compassion Journalling: 4-week Creative Wellbeing Course
Overview
Course Structure: Four 90-minute online sessions exploring creative prompts, mindfulness techniques, and the practical application of compassionate self-dialogue in daily life. Participants will learn sustainable tools to help build compassion and self-trust for ongoing reflective practice.
Facilitator: Kate Poll is a creative writing facilitator with an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes, specialising in compassionate, reflective practices that support wellbeing.
