Overview

Join a kind, facilitated peer-led circle with gentle practices for reflection and connection. Just showing up is enough.

This project is about self-acceptance, self-compassion, and meaningful engagement with life. If you’ve ever felt worried, frustrated, or disconnected from your body, this is a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

One of the heartbeats of this project is peer support. In our facilitated group sessions, members both give and receive support, connecting with others who understand what it’s like to live with body worries. It’s about connection, compassion, and learning from each other’s experiences.

Each session offers:

  • A safe, private, and supportive space
  • Optional guided reflections or gentle practices to explore body experiences
  • Opportunities to share, listen, or simply be present
  • A chance to notice thoughts and feelings, create space for them, and reconnect with what matters most to you

You can attend as often or as little as you like. Every session is designed to stand alone, so there’s no pressure, simply bringing your presence is enough.
