The requirement for ‘just transition’ of a displaced workforce within the oil and gas industry has been recognized throughout the energy sector, by unions, and by government bodies however, there is concern that the energy sector continues to lose valuable technical knowledge and skills from persons who have worked extensively within this industry.

This forum seeks to communicate the current status of work being performed on behalf of the workforce under the banner of Energy Skills Alliance with a specific focus on the Safety of our personnel.
