Attracting top talent

Everyone knows that ‘build it and they will come’ doesn’t work when selling a product – yet many organisations still follow this when it comes to selling their organisation to potential hires.

To avoid this pitfall, come to our workshop, which will show you how to build an employee value proposition that is unique to your organisation, and that will attract employees that are as passionate about your vision as you are.

We will also discuss how to structure a recruitment process that reflects your company values and helps to sell your company to candidates, and also ensures that you are thoroughly understanding potential employees’ characteristics and motivations. This will help you to hire more successfully – both increasing the number of candidates accepting offers, and ensuring those candidates become a successful part of your organisation.

In preparation for the workshop, please bring your resourcing plan and any job descriptions if you have these, and think about any challenges you have faced with attracting talent.

There is also the opportunity for 1-1 sessions after the workshop with MD Gordon Bateman, so you can talk about these principles in the context of your organisation.
