Compliance & safety on food exports

Hear from a food and drink industry expert, Louise Roberts. This free workshop is specifically designed for exporting food and drink companies.
Louise comes with a huge pedigree and extensive knowledge in food safety. She is a member of the Institute of Food Science & Technology in the UK and USA (IFA). She has experience in the retail, food service and manufacturing sectors of the food industry and has held senior roles as a Technical Manager at a meat processing site and in a cook-chill facility, also as a Quality Assurance Manager at a desserts site, working with both long- and short shelf life chilled products.
The breakfast meeting will cover areas relevant to trading internationally in the F&D industry such as food compliance and legal issues, food safety and certification, food fraud and much more. Come along for a Danish and coffee, hear from the specialist and still be back at work in time for the rest of the day.
