Description
When I was a personal trainer I remember stumbling to answer the question:
”How can I/ should I exercise when I have knee/hip arthritis?”
Looking back at my years as a trainer in London, I feel that my inept answers not only made potential clients look elsewhere for help, but probably led to many gym-goers giving up from going to the gym. This needn’t be the case for you!
This complimentary workshop on the 1st December for fitness professionals has loads of science-backed material I have gathered other the years since my PT days (as a physiotherapist technician and Osteopath). It was designed to empower you to train people with a desire to stay active, and anewer the questions that I struggled to confidently solve.
We are lucky enough to have John Hardy MSc the founder of FASTER Health and Fitness as a guest trainer, for this workshop only. He has years of experience in exercise design for Injuries through to Performance. So you can rest assured that the complimentary workshop will help you to understand how to safely and confidently then train clients with Arthritis, specifically in the Knee and Hip.
I hope to see you there; as I really want to see more people with osteo-arthritis, getting the support they crave from confident PT’s, in local gyms.
