This event gives you the opportunity to try your hand at making different cocktails, whilst mingling with industry peers and hearing first hand advice from a leading UK retailer who's executed a successful composable transition.

The Very Group, is a multi brand, £2.5 billion online retailer. They also have their own financing model for customers - an example of the kind of uniqueness that needs to be considered in replatform planning. The Very Group started their multi-year transition in 2021 from a monolithic eCommerce platform (Oracle ATG) to a MACH architecture that includes commercetools, Amplience and Constructor.

About The Speaker:

Paul leads the Digital Customer Experience tribe, a collection of squads that align to the customer journey across all brands & devices. Paul has a unique skill set in how he understands technical topics and explains them to non technical people in a way that they can understand. He has been central to the ongoing communication of Very’s MACH transition to the board, as well as their MACH technology selection process.

Mixology London are one of the UK's premier mixology experts, and have years of experience leading interactive cockatil making sessions of the highest standard. They host their classes at TT Liqour, a premium cocktail bar around Shoreditch. We will have a private dedicated bar space for this event, allowing us to network and make cocktails away from the crowd.
