These sessions are for women and their birth partners booked with Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill, London.

This course runs on Monday afternoons 1-3pm

1. Labour and birth on 30th November
2. Complications of birth on 7th December
3. Infant feeding and the postnatal period on 14th December

Please book only one ticket for each of the three sessions.

These online workshops are for parents-to-be booked to have their baby at King's Denmark Hill and are over 30 weeks pregnant. Once registered for the class the Zoom meeting ID and password will be emailed to you (check your junk mail).

Topics include: coping with labour, analgesia options, when to contact the maternity helpline, positions for active birth, induction of labour, instrumental birth, caeserean birth, breastfeeding, safe sleeping and birth recovery.

Participants will be asked to mute for the main session. There will be opportunities to ask questions via chat and time for open discussion and breakout groups.
