“We all know the experience of losing our concentration, of being distracted and unable to get back into the flow of creativity and thinking, of being frustrated at losing time and energy. Often these are the moments when we smoke a cigarette to allow us a little break or are longing for sugar, coffee to create a change.
In this presentation I want to disscuss what is concentration for you and what happens when you loose it.
You will learn to use simple training and tools of body attention to recover your ability to think and concentrate. You'll learn that concentration is physical, that it's something you can play with and influence by moving your attention to the body, by raising your level of energy and by getting out of your usual habits and routines.”
