CONCERT: SONGS FROM BEYOND 🇨🇴🇬🇧
Acompáñanos en una velada única con el guitarrista clásico colombiano Francisco Correa, quien presentará el lanzamiento oficial de su sexto álbum, Songs from Beyond, publicado bajo el prestigioso sello británico Deux-Elles.
Este concierto es organizado por la Embajada de Colombia en el Reino Unido en el marco de la conmemoración de los 200 años de relaciones diplomáticas entre Colombia y el Reino Unido.
Songs from Beyond rinde homenaje a clásicos del jazz de Cole Porter, Jerome Kern y Johnny Green, con arreglos para guitarra solista del reconocido compositor británico John W. Duarte. El proyecto es un testimonio del rico diálogo cultural entre Colombia y el Reino Unido, al unir la interpretación latinoamericana con el legado musical británico.
Francisco Correa ha sido elogiado por la revista Guitare Classique como “uno de los guitarristas más talentosos y creativos de nuestro tiempo”.

Join us for a unique evening with Colombian classical guitarist Francisco Correa, who will present the official launch of his sixth album, Songs from Beyond, released under the prestigious British label Deux-Elles.
This concert is organised by the Embassy of Colombia in the United Kingdom as part of the commemoration of 200 years of diplomatic relations between Colombia and the UK.
Songs from Beyond pays tribute to jazz classics by Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, and Johnny Green, featuring solo guitar arrangements by the renowned British composer John W. Duarte.
