Pontarddulais Male Choir - Côr Meibion Pontarddulais.
A decision in 1960, to establish a new male voice choir, was a particularly brave initiative in an area already renowned for its famous and successful male choirs. https://pontarddulaismalechoir.com/history.php

Acclaimed as “the most successful competitive male voice choir in Wales”, the Pontarddulais Male Choir is also internationally renowned, having appeared in many parts of Europe as well as Canada and the United States.
In his book, Great Welsh Voices Alun Guy writes:

"The general consensus among critics and reviewers alike is that the combination of voices of more than a hundred members of this choir produces the best amateur choral sound not only in Wales but in Britain and beyond."

Mousehole Male Voice Choir

The Choir formed in 1909, and continues to represent the highest standards of male voice singing, raising thousands of pounds for charities each year as they do. Popular features of the Choir’s schedule each year are their open-air concerts on the quay, usually three or four times a year, concerts at Midsummer, Paul Feast and Christmas in the lovely church up the hill in Paul, and a special Summer Festival concert on the first Sunday in August in Penzance. These occasions are popular with locals and visitors alike. Between these regular features the Choir performs many other concerts, throughout Cornwall, and further afield. There are usually between 25 and 30 concerts.
